It sounds pretty solid to me, Chucky.
I guess I'd just suggest to maybe limit carb intake as much as possible (so only have bread or high carb products for one meal of the day if you can - that includes pasta, noodles and rice) and just focus on protein and fruit/veg as your main source of nutrition?
Also, be selctive with the types of fruit. I think stone-fruit is higher in sugar than, say, apples or oranges?

(Mid-October for a wedding) - Reward: New clothes!

(Christmas) - Reward: a digi-cam? Not sure.
