Does my eating plan sound ok??

Breakfasts : cerial either, weetbix, special k or musli (no milk other then weetbix)
toast either multigrain or burgen mixed grain bread with a light layer of marg, or vegimitie and on weekends maybe a egg

Lunches : salad
left over dinners like stir frys
toasted sandwhiches with salad and ham

dinners - ww meals when home alone
stir frys
salads
meat and vegi

snacks : saultanas
mixed fruit and nuts
fruit
light yoghurt


I need ideas

It sounds pretty solid to me, Chucky.

I guess I'd just suggest to maybe limit carb intake as much as possible (so only have bread or high carb products for one meal of the day if you can - that includes pasta, noodles and rice) and just focus on protein and fruit/veg as your main source of nutrition?
Also, be selctive with the types of fruit. I think stone-fruit is higher in sugar than, say, apples or oranges?

1st Goal - 10kgs (end of May) - Reward: Wii Fit DONE
2nd Goal - 12.1kg (June 11 - DH's Birthday) - Reward: Reward enough in itself! DONE
3rd Goal - 15kgs (Aug 3 - DS's Birthday) - Reward: My Fitness Coach (Wii Fit) DONE
4th Goal - 20kgs (Mid-October for a wedding) - Reward: New clothes!
5th Goal - 30kgs (Christmas) - Reward: a digi-cam? Not sure.

Change to something like

Breakfast:

* Small Bowl breakfast cereal with skimmed milk - 200 calories
* Fruit Juice unsweetened - 60 cals

Lunch:

* 1 Banana - 107 cals
* 1 Orange - 23 calories

Snack:

* Non fat yogurt small pot - 50 cals
* Fruit - 40 calories



Dinner:

* Vegetable Curry with Fried Rice "Take away meal" - 700 calories

looks good.

Try to add some fish into it.

Also watch out which oil you use in the stir fry.

I've tried avocado oil the other day, bit expensive, but tasty and really good for you.
