i've just purchased two books called the Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno and also her cookbook. i've read the whole lot, cleaned out my kitched, bought a steamer and bought all the fresh food and produce she reccommends. it seems pretty good, i.e. you don't have to cut out any food groups and the recipes are quite yummy so far. Also you don't have to buy any pre-packaged weight loss foods or drinks etc. it's all from fresh stuff you can buy at the market/supermarket. it's also something you do for the rest of your life also adn the rest of the family can eat like it too.
has anyone else followed this eating plan? have you had any good results? or bad? i've just started yesterday.
