Hi All,

I'm finding that at least three times a week, I go out for lunch or dinner. My boyfriend is Italian and loves Italian food. Which is probably the worst for me trying to lose weight. We also eat a lot of asian food. Do you have any suggestions for foods to choose so I dont feel like crap at the end of the day.

When I go out for the day and have lunch out I usually try and have sushi- I love it and its healthy for you (depending on your choices). Italian food does not have to be bad, chose tomato based pastas instead of creamy ones- dont fill up on garlic bread- just chose the healthier options and you should be right.
