What else Can i be eating?

so im not a big fan of eating yogurts and nuts and all that other stuff... (although ive never tried the nuts, just doesnt sound filling!) i wanted to know what else could i be eating besides salads for lunch or yogurt for snacking on? what are some other yummy stuff to eat for dinner and lunch? i wanna be eating healthy but sometimes i just dont know what, im sorta stuck. Any advice?? thanks! :)

I love having rice paper rolls for lunch, they are easy to make and can put anything in them- i usually have lettuce, carrott, cucumber and salmon. Either that or like today I had sushi rolls which i make up a few hours before lunch so they are really nice. Another of my fav lunches is having 3 or 4 rice thins with a salsa on top (home made) with some salmon- is light and tasty :)
Lunch can behard, salad can get boring after a while, many people try and cut out bread where possible so sandwhiches are out.

Dinner I cant really help with as i am boring and have steamed veggies with grilled meat.

Some ideas for meals:

Brekkie:
Porridge with honey & banana
Baked beans on toast
poached egg on toast

lunch:
stir fries
salads with olives, tuna, fetta cheese, boiled egg, cold boiled potato with balsamic vinegar
make up meals and freeze them into meal sizes and take them out the night before for lunch: casseroles, spaghetti etc.

dinner:
lean meat with steamed vegies
stir fries with rice
spaghetti bolognese made with very lean meat and bulked up with shredded zucchini, carrot etc.

For my high protein lunch I have an omlette with ham and parsley (and cheese if you are allowed that!)

Oh yeah omelettes are great! I get red onion, cherry tomatoes, ham, herbs and fry in a stick pan, then add the whisked eggs.

then after the bottom is cooked put it under the grill for a few minutes to cook the top!

mine are similar, but i use a NON stick pan =)

hello,
i am not sure what kinds of food you like but i have some options for you.
some things to choose from for snacks;
fresh fruit,
lowfat cheese,
lowfat cottage cheese & vitawheats,
peanut butter & celery or vitawheats,
rice crackers (low sodium),
dreid fruit,
smooties (lowfat milk, forzen fruit, honey),

as for lunch ;
eggs with salad and 1 wrap,
or basically anyhting you can have for breakfast or snakcs , try to keep it to low fat n calories though.

for dinner if you are having grilled meats why not try some herbs on them or mustard /chilli, this will give it flavour and spped up your metabolism.
also if you are eating carbs at lunch or dinner , try to keep them whloegrain/brown.
