i am not sure what kinds of food you like but i have some options for you.
some things to choose from for snacks;
lowfat cottage cheese & vitawheats,
peanut butter & celery or vitawheats,
rice crackers (low sodium),
smooties (lowfat milk, forzen fruit, honey),
as for lunch ;
eggs with salad and 1 wrap,
or basically anyhting you can have for breakfast or snakcs , try to keep it to low fat n calories though.
for dinner if you are having grilled meats why not try some herbs on them or mustard /chilli, this will give it flavour and spped up your metabolism.
also if you are eating carbs at lunch or dinner , try to keep them whloegrain/brown.
