For lunches try buying some rice paper wrappers in the asian section. All you do is wet them with warm/hot water (i use a pastry brush to do it) then add some vermachelli noodles some lettuce, carrot, capsicum, cucumber, corn... whatever you like with maybe some salmon or chicken and wrap them up.
I buy Jarrah 98% fat free hot choc for the winter months, is a staple over winter lol. Chose wholegrain foods over white processed ones.
Best thing to do is plan all your meals before shopping so you dont buy any of the fattier items which you will end up using because its available.
When shopping, the bulk of it should come from the fresh sections- stick to the outside, you should not need much from the iles.
