Hi Jaydee, when I use to belong to Weight Watchers they supplied each person with a weekly booklet with recipes and the listed point value next to them.
I quit WW because they told me to eat 22 points of food and it made me gain weight (but that was only because of a medical gland problem I have) The point system does work well for so many people whether they are weight watcher members or not.

The booklet I have states
Women
under 64kg - eat 18 points of food per day
65 - 79kg - 20 points
80 - 94kg 22
95 - 100kg - 23
110 - 124kg 24
125 - 139kg 25
140 and over 26

In America WW issues their members with many more points of food than we are allowed.
I had a friend who was a little over my weight and after converting everything to metric I was shocked to find she was eating 28 points of food  (she wondered why the diet wasn't working for her) but she wouldn't lessen her allocated points.

If you have any other foods that you frequent or are just curious about how many points they are worth, just let me know what they are and I'll add them to the above list.
