Eating more frequent but in smaller serving is the key to a healthy diet. Most people believe that eating more frequent will make you fatter. However that is not right. The truth is, the more often you eat small meals the better it will be for your body.

1) Human body system can take on small meals easier than large ones because of the fact that large servings will put a tension the body system, giving rise to flatulence and digestive problems.
2) Eating frequently will aid to increase the rate of your food digestion in your body. As it also helps to stimulate the digestive juices, it makes digestion easier too. In the end, you will be able to lose weight faster. Keep in mind, your point is to take weight off naturally and effectively. So skipping meals is totally not natural for your body.
3) If you don't skip meal, it will aid your body’s blood sugar to stabilize at a proper level. Whenever your blood sugar level drops, you will feel tired and can also result in to depression.
