My first suggestion is don't fast. Fasting means to go without food. I'm assuming English is not your first language so this might not be what you meant to say. But if you are fasting regularly your body will go into starvation mode, adjusting its metabolism so that you hold onto your weight and don't starve to death. So fasting is counter-productive if you are trying to lose weight.
Keep going to the gym. Try to include more lean protein, fruit and vegetables into your diet. Cut out unnecessary fats and include small amounts of healthy fats (avocados, nuts, seeds). Check out Stevo's post
