Bell's Daily Diet - What am i doing wrong?

Hi guys,

Thought I'd share what I ate yesterday and see if you can make sugestions on what i can change:

Diet shake
Low fat yoghurt
2 x vita weat with small amount of buter
Low fat cheese sanga
Steak, muchrooms, baked potato with sour cream (low fat)
Drinks - coffee, water, low fat milk

Not enough fruit and vegetables for a start. If you're not sure about what you are eating, maybe you should check out, it can educate you on nutrition and show you how much you need to eat to lose weight, so there's no guess work. The best thing about it though, is it's free! It's helped me lose over 30kg, you can't beat that!
