whey powder???

Postby onthedecrease » Fri Jul 03, 2009 3:01 pm

Hello everyone,

Im just wondering if any one can reccomend some good whey powder products that are cal/carb free, ive heard that by using a whey powder after exercise it can help muscle loss as it gives energy for you to burn and not the muscle, as im doing a fair amount of exercise at the moment im just wanting to do everything i can to ensure im losing fat and not muscle.

Thanks

Not sure if your a guy or girl but if your a girl I can recommend Sculpt if your a girl. It's really low in fat and carbs but has a good dose of nutrients as well. Also it tastes ok but the vanilia is better than choc and I'm a chocoholic !.

You could always just get straight whey powder from your local health or whole food shop. Pretty much the same thing, just without the flavours, fancy packaging and price
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
