You could improve by:

eating more at breakfast
not skipping snacks
making sure ur calories is over 1200
To wish you were someone else is to waste the person you are

I think that looks pretty good. How tall are you?

You should download the calorieking free trial. You can type in all of your details and it tells you how many calories you should aim for (and you can change it if you want to). It also tells you how much exercise you should do & when you type in the foods that you have eaten it tells you how much carb, protein, fat, fibre, sodium, etc you have had and how much you should have so you know if you are having for eg too much fat or not enough fibre.

I think tuna is a great protein like eggs and will also keep you feeling fuller for longer. It also has good omega 3. Maybe some more fibre like baked beans or bran (apparently you need about 25g per day), 2L water & at least 30mins exercise. Hope this helps.

I would reccommend calorie king too. You can eat anything aslong as it fits in your daily allowance, I would imagine eating the same things for breakfast and lunch every day like in your plan would get boring very fast. And ditch the shakes :) real food is the way to go!

That's fine. If you don't feel hungry, skip a meal. Try to avoid unnecessary food constantly, and you will dramatically reduce your daily calorie intake.
