Hi everyone! Hope your all well.
I thought Id share some very good info about Tea. I had cut it out and was only drinking tea. Then I went to a dietician and she told me that i can have as much as I want and just have equal instead of sugar and its about 10 calories/ tea if that ( depending on the amount of milk used). So instead of having biscuits or something sweet, I just have a very sweet tea!
