Well perhaps I'm guilible to marketing but I actually like the Special K chocolate flake things. I don't have them with milk and am careful to measure out the amount - but the chocolate flakes are to die for (they are REAL chocolate - not just flavoured) and quite filling, especially if you eat them individually.

If you want something simple, try just low salt crackers with hummus.

In my opinion the best snacks you can imagine are nuts and seed, not salted (as salt retains water in your body).
If you need something sweet, you can add some raisins, you will quickly quench your sugar appetite and pangs of hunger will be gone :wink:

I like walnuts with dried cranberries, sounds strange and I'm not a fan of many healthy things but its a really good combination

Final goal... maintain it FOR EVER!!!

Are you looking for snacks that satisfy hunger or just satisfy the need to snack?

For hunger I like rice cakes with hommus and salad or raw vegetables with salsa. There's also cucumber crackers, sliced cucumbers with seasoning, which give you the crunch of crackers but with a fraction of the calories.

# whole grain snacks, which can include some breakfast cereals, crackers, cereal bars, baked chips, and popcorn (without added butter), or pretzels
