Lite n' Easy 1200 or 1500

Hi all,

Not sure what to do and hoping you could give me your opinions. I am on Lite n' Easy 1200 cal plan but I just checked the website and I should actually be on the 1500 cal plan.

Should I stick to the 1200 cal to get results faster or switch to the 1500 cal plan so I can drop to the 1200 later if I plateau?

Anyone had experience on the 1500 cal plan? How much weight did you lose each week?

I only ever did the 1500 plan - I believe it is only a couple of extra snacks? I can't recall how much weight I lost but it was significant. MIght be worth trying the 1500 then you can always drop down.

I would go on the 1200 then add in 300 cals worth of foods you feel like eating, I think being allowed to eat something i wanted to each day would make it alot more sustainable!
