Not sure what to do and hoping you could give me your opinions. I am on Lite n' Easy 1200 cal plan but I just checked the website and I should actually be on the 1500 cal plan.
Should I stick to the 1200 cal to get results faster or switch to the 1500 cal plan so I can drop to the 1200 later if I plateau?
Anyone had experience on the 1500 cal plan? How much weight did you lose each week?
