i was wondering if anyone had tried this diet as it sounds absolutely awesome... this is exactly what i have been looking for ... it looks really simple to maintain as in there isnt alot of things you need to buy...or make.... with alot of excercise i think losing weight should be very easy... veiws anyone?

Hi Joanna, I've tried it a several years back and it worked for me but now I don't have the will power to go on it again.
Someone else here tried it and she didn't lose much weight on it, I guess different diets work on different people.

Could you outline the basic idea of this diet for us? I haven't heard of it.

I tried it last month and lost 1.4 kg (went from 53.5 to 52.1!). Big deal you say, but this is heaps for me! Normally it would take me 4-6 weeks to lose this amount of weight, but I did it in a week!! I was amazed :o

Dolly's instructions are in here
 Sacred Heart Diet
(you just have to scroll down a bit)

Also, in the Soup Diet thread you will find a link to the version reported on Today Tonight (Dolly's version is better, and that's the one I used) and also a link to my food diary for the week where I recorded all my food and how I felt though the diet.

Best thing is... the weight didn't come back on :D :D

So yeah, I would say, if you're thinking about it... go for it!
