There is heaps of stuff out there that is gluten free. Try the Vege chips in the health food section, seasame bars, apricot bites, muffin and cake mixes, dried fruit, fresh fruit, rice crackers and rice cakes (these come in individual serve packs), spelt bread (not gluten free but is wheat free) individual custard and yoghurts, and fun size chocolate bars, just to name a few. Items that are gluten free dont contain wheat, oats, or rye but if you are only sensitive to wheat you can still have oats and rye so you can still have porridge, museli bars etc. Watch out for maltodextrin (not sure of the spelling) as it contains wheat and some sugars are derived from wheat so you need to watch out for them as well. Items are clearly marked these days to make it easier for everyone.
