I am currently doing Dr Phils 21 day eating plan (after finishing his rapid start plan) which has been relatively easy as I only have to look after/cook for myself.
However at the moment I am really enjoying my ~100gm protein (meat or fish) and vegies (raw and/or cooked) for dinner I am starting to look for some ideas as to how to make these healthy meals a little more interesting. I am not a good cook in any way shape or form, but I am looking to learn as much as possible

My first step is to make a big vegie soup in my slow cooker but if anyone has any other ideas that would be awesome

I can make big batches and freeze it but am very limited in freezer space so dont have space for much variety!
Any hints/advice/ideas would be much appreciated!!!!
