I just got a new job in the mines working 12hr shifts (4 on 4 off, 4days, 4 nights, 7 till 7)
As a 20 year old its important to me that i stay fit and eat someone healthy, but the normal things like salads, ect are out as i cant keep them fresh.
Im looking for snack ideas, or even ideas for meals, i dont really want to take meals that have to be placed in the fridge or heated as i may not allways be able to, so i want ideas of foods i can keep in my bag in the truck with me.
Some ideas on snacks that i can also eat while still driving ould be good, and if possible foods that are going to boost my energy levels and help keep me awake and more alert.
