Yoghurt Helps Banish the Belly

Image
According to an American study, three tubs of fat-free yoghurt a day can help shift excess weight from your midsection. This gut-busting phenomenon is due to the calcium found in the yoghurt – it stops production of the hormone cortisol, that increases your stomach fat.
If you don’t like the taste, stir in some honey. Not only is the bee juice a sweetener, it’s also packed with vitamins, minerals and antibacterial substances that boost your immune system.

Love my yoghurt. I get the Jalna fat free natural yoghurt and it is very yummy. I love it with spicy savour food or you can have it with fruit or whatever you like. Haven't tried it with muesli yet...hmmm think I just figured my Saturday breakfast.
