Rather than flog the word Healthy any more than its already been...and preach the doom and gloom most of us already know about with regard to the food stocks at our local grocery stores, why not list what you think is a Natural Wholesome Alternatives as opposed to the Processed Kinds we all seem to be filling up on.
Its just about near impossible to go completely packaged...I understand this now...its more about selecting products that are less damaging than another.
The less flavoring/preservative/bonding agents/Acids so on and so forth the better.

A couple of Passion fruit
a 100% natural sweetener...even in it's broken down state it has no negative!!!
Basically make yogurt as described in starter Pack...after refrigeration or completion...Put into a cup/mug and simply scoop out your whole fruit and add stevia as required.
Benefit.........Sure its still the dreaded dairy I posted about, yet it's the best choice of dairy given its digestibility...It has no artificial sweeteners yet tastes heavenly SWEET!!!!
If you call this whipping yourself, then pass me the whip!!!!
To really appreciate Natural Sweets such as this...you may very will have to give up sucking on those chocolate bars and drinking the sugar commonly found in your shopping trolley...possibly even a DETOX period...Once you do this...you will be blown away with what really is available in terms of Natural Wholesome Food!
