Yeah totally full of sugar. I've just given up all processed and refined sugars for 40 days (so far on day 24) and it's amazing to see how much sugar is in everything... takes so many items off the shopping list!
But the best way to check this out is from the Ingredients list. The ingredients are listed in the order of the largest quantity (so if sugar is in the first 4-5 we know were in trouble).
Sugar can have many names: Sugar, Glucose, Fructose, Corn Syrup, Dextrose, Honey, Sucrose etc... so you can easily be tricked by the way they word it all. Have a look at the ingredients list to make a better choice between your items.
I've so far lost 4kgs since giving up sugar for 24 days - it's been fantastic. I'm a huge green tea fan -but I have to go for the plain old hot green tea at the moment
