I think I am going to give this one a go - it sounds like a lot of food to me, but certainly a lot of healthy food - I always find I dont loose any weight even eating avg portions of very healthy food - only more restrictive stuff has really done much - but I did loose some wgt on light and easy so I thought trying one of these do it yourself plans would be the next best (and affordable!) thing to try.
It is a kind of fun website and if you sign up (for free) you get a free online healthy cookbook that has some cool sounding recipes in it.
Would love to hear from people that have tried this plan!
