Proud changes i make

I have struggled with my nutrition alot, so i have craeted this thread for me to list changes i make to take away meals (if i have any) and changes i make to every day foods that in the past i would not have done.
I am now more conscious of what i am putting into my body and although what i list here may not be good food, its better than what i would have ate in the past, for example;

Last night we had pizza for dinner, i choose a pizza with chicken and lots of vegtable toppings and thin crust, in the past i would not have even considered the menu and the calories in what i was eating and just ordered what ever i felt like, and i think i found a good balance with eating pizza as a once off, in a better way than i have in the past :D

Kids had KFC for dinner last night... i had subway and chose the lowest calorie bread, meat and filled up on salad :)
