Just wondering if I could get some advice to see if I'm heading in the right direction. I currently weight 122kg, I'm 6'2 and am aiming to get down to around 100/105. Here is what I eat.
1 peice multi grain toast
Atkins Day Bar
1 x Tuna Sandwich or 1 Can Baked Beans w/2 pc of Miltigrain bread
Steak or Chicken
Peas & Corn / Mixed Vegs
All throughout the day I drink water / Walk 30 mins everyday and Gym 3 / 4 times a week (Weights and some cardio)
