My Food Plan

Hey all,

Just wondering if I could get some advice to see if I'm heading in the right direction. I currently weight 122kg, I'm 6'2 and am aiming to get down to around 100/105. Here is what I eat.

Breakfast :

1 egg
1 peice multi grain toast
1 banana

Snack

Atkins Day Bar

Lunch

1 x Tuna Sandwich or 1 Can Baked Beans w/2 pc of Miltigrain bread

Dinner

Steak or Chicken
Peas & Corn / Mixed Vegs

All throughout the day I drink water / Walk 30 mins everyday and Gym 3 / 4 times a week (Weights and some cardio)

The type of food seems to be a pretty healthy mix. However, you should work out how many kilojoules you are eating each day. Eat too little and you're setting yourself up for failure.

The Australian weight-loss website (click on the "Home" link in the navigation bar above) has food nutrition tables plus a range of calculators for things such as working out your daily energy needs. You could also try visiting the highly regarded Calorie King Website for its comprehensive database on food.
