i found a yummy snack while shopping last night!
Planet Popcorn
my supermarket only had plain and chicken
i bought the chicken and it has 668kj and .5 sat fat per 20gram bag.
its really tastey and a good supstitute for chips!
it cost about $3 for a pack of 10 :)

i have a popcorn maker at home but i get sick of plain popcorn and i was after a savoury flavoured one.

does anyone flavour thier own popcorn at home?? i tried and it tasted gross :?

beck

Sounds great, I'll have to look out for those. There's also Mother Earth popcorn, which is in with all the potato chips in the supermarket (not all supermarkets though :? ). They're about 500kJ per bag, can't remember how many grams a bag is though...

mick loves popcorn. we have a popcorn maker but its easier to buy the mocrowave popcorn bags and pop them in! mick just put the popcorn salt on it by mccormicks and likes it that way.

I always just buy the natural one for the microwave. But I dont know how healthy it is for you. I dont eat it but buy it for the kids. I'd rather they eat that than chips or whatever.

Keep Smiling!!!

To all the popcorn lovers out there. Try Making your own air popped popcorn in a big bowl and then once it is all popped, spray on some Pam (zero calorie spray that you would use to coat a pan) then toss on some Mrs. Dash low sodium seasonings, it is delish and she has many flavors such as southwestern chipolte, lemon pepper, herbs & spice. It really is a great healthy snack that you can mindlessly munch till the big ole bowl is empty and no PROBLEMO, because its full of Fiber!
