Hi

I eat lots of different fruits/veg throughout the week.

Just try to eat a variety to gain the respected health benefits of each.

Hope this helps.

Spinach is a true power food! It is full of nutrients including lutein which has anti-aging properties.
Blueberries are a superfood! They're packed with vitamins & minerals, are hi in fiber, and are a great source of anti-oxidants!
Grapefruit is also awesome in lowering the post meal insulin response, hence promoting weight loss.

Avocado is one of the most recommended fruits as well as a food for losing weight and medicine for cholesterol-related heart diseases

1. Apple
2. Grapes
3. Orange.

The fruits you named have a higher carb content to lets say stone fruits and berries.

I love tomatoes.

Most of you will say it is a vegetable, but it's not.
