Paleo Diet

Postby RockStar96 » Wed Oct 19, 2011 6:25 pm

I had some friends who had a lot of success with it...does anyone here do it?

I mostly do it, because I have a lot of food allergies and sensitivities, but I do have dairy and some grains. I don't have any soy or legumes though (allergic!)

info and more info!

I might try to get more into this!

I don't think Paleo diet is a diet to become a lifestyle choice! Excess protein has been linked with kidney problems and uric acid accumulation, gout, intestinal irritation due to increased putrefaction in the colon), dehydration, seizures, nutritional deficiencies, cardiovascular disease (due to cholesterol and saturated fats present in animal products), toxemia, arthritis, increased body acidity (which by itself leads to various health problems), osteoporosis, cancer, lower life expectancy, premature aging to name just a few problems coming from this kind of diet.
