So mostly, I choose to cook my own food from scratch, but lately I've been a bit pressed for time. What I've been doing is every sunday night, I make a big batch of something healthy that I can eat through the week, and sometimes I even freeze portions, but often I run out for a night or two during the week and then I've been getting freezer meals and takeaway, which isn't so good for my weight loss goals.[DELETED SPAM] has a deal on for ready made meals and they seem a bit more nutritions (natural ingredients) for a company called [DELETED SPAM]. Anyone tried Easy Meals? Are they actually healthy and reasonably low calorie? (keep in mind, I'm not on a super low-calorie diet anymore because I work out quite a bit and found going too low to be counterproductive!)
