The only things I take on a regular basis are:
medications, well dah
Kelp tablets (for iodine which Aus soils, and subsequently Aus produce is low in) - this helps your thyroid which controls your metabolism
something called "Flu Biotic" when I'm feeling a little run down to boost my immune system - it's got ecchinacea, horseradish, garlic, and god knows what else. Tastes horrible, but I swear by it.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
