I've been searching threads to see if theres already a convo about portions but cant seem to find the answer to my question which is..
Q: how many slices of ham makes up 50g?
Im starting the BT diet and i just need an idea at how much the portions should be (and i havent purchased kitchen scales yet)
Also if you have any ideas or tips on portions for proteins that could help me out for the time being; like how many cups of diced steak, chicken, fish etc.. would make up 50g that would help heaps
