You need to watch your fat intake as well. I have found that I can eat slightly over the calories I am meant to eat but totally overload on the fat. Remember that the sugar turns to fat. So you do need to watch both. Go for the lower fat options when you have the choice. I am blowing out on the fat content nearly everyday sometimes more than doubling it. Yesterday I nearly tripled it! And I didn't think I had done all that bad yesterday!!!
