I must admit Kate that's what I tend to do with anything that is a bad tempter I just don't buy it in the first place. Good planning.

Me too. If I find that I am binging on something too much, I just stop buying it. It's a good punishment for the binging, and also motivation to not do it again with another food I love!

I have raw cashews mixed with dried fruit as my morning snack at work. Yummy as.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)

I have a lot of unsalted nuts left over from Christmas and I don't want to throw them out so I won't eat them. I think I will buy some more dried fruit and 'water' them down so to speak so heavy on the fruit, light on the nuts. This should make them a bit easier to handle calorie wise.

I loooooooooove cashews so I have made a vow to only eat them at 10kg loss times as a treat - or I would never get anywhere.

I used to buy some every week in the shopping but have stopped that now, the kids are sad but meh, they will survive lol

5kg till I can have some cashews..
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....
