Headaches

Postby tiffanyp » Sun Jan 07, 2007 7:59 am

Hi Girls,
Has anyone, or did anyone else experience annoying headaches at the start of thier weight loss journey?
For the past week I have been getting some killer headaches around my forehead temple area, they linger and linger.
I am drinking loads of water, my coffee intake has reduced slightly (never was a great big drinker of it) but I have certainly cut out the high sugar and fat content of my diet this week.
Just wondering if any of you had this drama?

Tiff :?

I did and sometimes still do . Mkae sure u drink heaps of water . cause u have down your coffee intake that can also be like withdrawls . I was an avid coke drinker and suffered caffine withdrwals when i switched to no caffine sugar free

I sure did, but now by body is used to the new lifestyle I get far fewer headaches than before and can usually link any headaches I do get to an overdose of sugar.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
