Fruit is good for you as are veggies. And according to weightwatchers points fruits have only 1 point, so they are a good eat. I too love my fruit and I eat a lot of fruit myself because it is very low calorie. Yes it has natural sugar, but it is still a far better choice than something else besides it has a lot of it has fiber in it too, so I find it very filling.
Sometimes I will eat an orange with breakfast, then with lunch I will eat a grapefruit too and sometimes for a supper I will just eat a fruit bowl, a cut up apple, a banana, kiwi, and add 1 fat free yogurt and sprinkle some fiber one cereal on top and it is very good low calorie and crunchy sweet supper sometimes.
Just be careful consuming the dried fruits, try not to eat large portions of them though, because it is very calorie dense.
