I have been doing exercise everyday and counting my calories and haven't seemed to lose anything but then it hit me--
I am going over my calories because I take 3 tablespoons of flax oil a day and that is about 354 calories in itself!!!
I wasn't entering it in my food log on CalorieKing because my naturopath told me to take it and I thought its healthy and not really food so it couldn't have that many calories in it - so I was wrong...
So hopefully I will lose a bit of weight this week knowing that!!!
