Hi Jules

I'm pretty sure when in the Targets screen it is howing percentages on the right and the amounts on the left are actually grams.

The other way is once you have the user set up if you got to 'Users' on the top tool bar and then choose 'Configure Targets' that gives you the opportunity to choose grams or percentages. So if you type in your percentages it will give you how many grams that is. Also once this is set and you go back to the diary down the bottom where the carbs, fat, protein etc is it shows you the figures in grams.

Hope this helps

Hi there,

I wouldn't worry about how much carbs or protein you are consuming. At the end of the day it all equates to one thing - how much energy you have consumed. So if you stick to your daily energy consumption and you stick to the formula of more energy out than in you will lose the weight.

I wouldn't complicate things by worrying about how much carbs or protein you are having as it might complicate things too much. And from what you have said, you are losing the weight so stick with what is working for you.

All the best.
