How much of this is okay for our snacks? It has pepita's sunflower seeds and pine nuts....I'd like to add some sultana's also?
I cracked the 90kg mark for the first time in two years, I'm happy!!

its hard to say without knowing everything else your eating and the calorie content of it, everything in moderation tho!

Yeah true that, so how am I going to figure it out - this morning I had two scrambled eggs along with 11 asparagus spears and 1.5 slices of soylin bread. For mid morning I had 1 tub of vaalia no fat vanilla yogurt. For lunch it was a grilled chicken cajun sandwich and half a banana and I haven't had anything since.

Tonight its rainbow trout, poached and prob some steamed veges.
I cracked the 90kg mark for the first time in two years, I'm happy!!

i use calorie king to work out my daily allowances, i find it great but i know some people dont like it

Well I have to save it for tomorrow hopefully as I just had two tbs of creamed cottage cheese with a kavli bread and that as my afternoon snack...mmmm let me check out the calorie king I joined up the other day but I'm not too sure about it yet either....
