Yeah true that, so how am I going to figure it out - this morning I had two scrambled eggs along with 11 asparagus spears and 1.5 slices of soylin bread. For mid morning I had 1 tub of vaalia no fat vanilla yogurt. For lunch it was a grilled chicken cajun sandwich and half a banana and I haven't had anything since.
Tonight its rainbow trout, poached and prob some steamed veges.
I cracked the 90kg mark for the first time in two years, I'm happy!!
