eating to lunches

Postby milo » Sun Feb 04, 2007 7:14 am

I work in childcare and I find it extremly hard not to eat with the children when I dish out the food and then on my normal lunch break.

Does anyone have any ideas on things I can eat apart from fruit or carrot sticks?

i know how you feel i am a child care worker on maternity leave. unfortunately all you can do is NOT eat it. have a bottle of water with you at all times to drink during those meal breaks and eat well during your own breaks.

Would it help to split your lunches milo?? If you take a sandwich, have half each break. Fruit and veg sticks are the obvious solution, but if you are sick of them, maybe try some yoghurt or some homemade muesli bars or vege muffins...hope this is some help
