ok so far iv lost 25kg eating this daily with about 40mins a walk a day

breakfast: Protein shake - 600ml soy milk and Musashi WPI: Whey Protein Isolate they say to have 30g but i have 45g and a low carb protein bar that i get of my naturpath.

morning tea: low carb protein bar that i get of my naturpath.

Lunch: 3 mountain bread wraps which a lean meat.. mainly turkey with a whole lot of salad

Arvo tea: low carb protein bar that i get of my naturpath. or a tin of tuna

Dinner: what ever mum cooks! :P narr... just a lean meat, chicken or fish with a big bowl of salad


other things during the day i do

-drink about 4 - 5 lts of water... no coffee or coke during the day
-i have a cold shower in the morning.. gets the blood running :)
-dont eat anything after dinner NOT A THING
-no take away food! AT ALL!
-try and only drink once a month :P sometime doesnt happen :P

hey grant just a question, what are u going to eat in the long term? will you eat protein bars and shakes forever'?

yep :) love em...

i get a bucket protine of 3kg for like 90$ and it lasts about month.. alot betta than my coco pops! :P haha

Ok so now I know you are crazy with the cold shower thing! :D

I use Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein powder in my morning meal. I think the serving size for this powder is 40g but I actually use about 1/2 of that as it is just a small protein boost for me since I still get most of my protein from lean meat, fish and low fat dairy.

I don't know about the cold shower in the morning I don't think I could do it. What about in winter do you still have one or is it a summer thing???

Mmmm... I love the Horley's carbless protein bars and I use Goliath's WPI and Ladybird protein crunch for my protein boosts. What are your protein bars?
Do you go to Evelyn Faye Nutrition in the city? Vitamin Me is also good.
