ok so far iv lost 25kg eating this daily with about 40mins a walk a day
breakfast: Protein shake - 600ml soy milk and Musashi WPI: Whey Protein Isolate they say to have 30g but i have 45g and a low carb protein bar that i get of my naturpath.
morning tea: low carb protein bar that i get of my naturpath.
Lunch: 3 mountain bread wraps which a lean meat.. mainly turkey with a whole lot of salad
Arvo tea: low carb protein bar that i get of my naturpath. or a tin of tuna
Dinner: what ever mum cooks!
narr... just a lean meat, chicken or fish with a big bowl of salad
other things during the day i do
-drink about 4 - 5 lts of water... no coffee or coke during the day
-i have a cold shower in the morning.. gets the blood running
-dont eat anything after dinner NOT A THING
-no take away food! AT ALL!
-try and only drink once a month
sometime doesnt happen
