Most of them have a salad and a bottle of water instead of chips and coke, and there is not substitution allowed - so you can't ask for say the Meal 9 with coke instead of water. They're quite expensive - about $7 - $9 I think.

I dunno, the Maccas salads are always kinda soggy, so I'm not really a fan.

The only Low fat thing I like from there is the Tandoori Chicken Deli Choice roll.

We get Maccas every second Sunday on the way home from picking my son up from his dads.

They get the naughty stuff and I always get one of those and they are quite good.

My hubby tried a Lean Beef Burger once, but it was absolutely tiny! He had to eat two; which kinda defeats the whole purpose really!

I don't buy the stuff anymore to be honest - and this health tick is starting to look a bit dodgy to me :? I'm looking past the negative advertising to give macca's a good excuse but I can't get my head around the tiny portion and the fat content....
I cracked the 90kg mark for the first time in two years, I'm happy!!

I agree with electrongirl!! The Tandoori Chicken Deli Choices roll is delish! It's the healthiest one kilojoule & fat-wise on their menu, closely followed by the Thai Chicken which isn't nearly as nice!

Yep, that's about the only thing I buy there now, love the taste of it.

Also as said on the lean beef burger, sure it says it only says it has so much fat, but it's so bloody small! No wonder! It's so lean because there's nothing there!
