oranges! theyre pretty high calorie wise though :? my step dad is a truckie and at his work another truckie brings in a big bag of oranges from his tree and says anyone is welcome to them so my step dad took a couple home and mum gave me one and it was delish. - messy though :P

Mexican Chilli Powder on meat!

You just sprinkle some on meat (I use skinless chicken breast or lean thin steak) and george forman it! It gives it a really spicey flavour, and if you like really hot food (like me), put heaps on it!

Im not sure how many calories there is in it, couldnt be too many.

It gives it such flavour without the added calories of a sauce.

Also good to have as meat in sandwiches, I find that I dont need mayonaisse or a sauce if I have the chili powder on it.

salmon sushi pack with soy sauce and wasabi- 360cal but fills me up for hours.

green tea with citrus- 4cal and stops a hunger craving in it's tracks.

mountain bread - yummo as is used as a wrap or grilled up until crispy

smoked tuna mixed with some diced tomato & 1/2 tbs of 98% fat free mayo - on premium crackers. yum!
