What do you find you eat the most of?

Postby Fairie » Thu Nov 10, 2005 8:16 pm

What do you find you eat the most of, it could be something you like because it's quick and easy to prepare or something you eat because you like it so much.

For me I love Fresh fish and salad becauce it's quick and easy...... but cheese is something I can't leave alone.

Well I've managed to sort of control the cheese and chocolate now so I guess what I eat and crave the most is soft white bread.

Yes I think it's white bread for me too - as I now eat wholemeal. Also sugar in coffee - even if it was a half a teaspoon in them. But have not had any sugar in my coffees for weeks now

Breads of any kind. Just so easy to just have toast, or bread and honey or something.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
