Cheerios still does contain a bit of sugar but it's not too bad compared to some!

Wow. I knew cheerios had sugar (you can taste it) but I had no idea it had that much. But Dr Oz said they're good...hmmm. Sorry for the off tip guys. Oh well they're still yum and I'm still losing weight so I guess they can't be TOO bad.

Here is a general guide for sugars per 100g/ml. try and make sure that the sugar content per 100ml/ 100g is less than 15g....this is a good guide for not only our weight, but also our would be amazed at how much sugar is in even some of the "healthy" foods, and while it is good to have "treats" sometimes when the scales aren't shifting, it pays to have a look at not just the fat contents of our foods, but the sugar aspect as well!! :wink:
