I miss the gold coast so much, sushi shops were everywhere and sooo cheap, it was cheaper than maccas!

I used to be the same Kate a few years back. Hated the smell and the thought of eating seaweed made me want to heave  .

Now I love it. It's an acquired taste. I love the avocado and chicken teriyaki ones. Yum yum

I love sushi, but a couple of times when I was eating it I felt really queasy about half way through :( Funnily enough I got it from the same place both times, just near where I work. They have yummy sushi at this place, but I'm a bit afraid to go there now.

Best sushi place I've been to though... in the food court near the night markets in Cairns 8)

Sushi rolls are actually quite easy to make yourself too by the way, although they take a little preparation for the fillings. I may just make some this weekend now you've given me the idea.
