Basically any diet will work so long as you stick to the rules. I find when they're not balanced (a little bit from each food group)
I can't stay on them for very long. Although I do know people who have succeeded. I lost 5 kilograms when I did it 5 years ago, I no longer have the will power to stick it out again.
