Fast track

Postby losebabyfat_2005 » Sat Dec 03, 2005 5:46 am

I finished the Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital diet on Thursday. Today (3/12/05) I'm starting the fast track detox diet. It consists of 7 days preparation eating liver healin, colon caring, some protein, lots of water, sulphur-rich foods, 1 to 2 tablespoons of healthy oil, citrus, green leafy vegetables, and the crucifiers(cabbage, cauliflower etc).

Once you've completed the 7 days you do a one day detox where you drink lots of water and 'Miracle Juice' which is made up of:
1.8 litres of cranberry water, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, orange juice, lemon juiceand maple syrup.

Then you do a 3 day sequel which is pretty much the same as the 7 days of preparation (prequel) except you eat some different things to restore some things that you miss out on the one day detox fast.

You're supposed to lose 1.4 - 3.6 kg. I need to lose 2.5 so lets hope this diet does what it says ( I have a christmas party on the 18th at a public swimming pool)

If you've got any questions just ask because this diet is from a book I bought the other day called The Fast Track Detox Diet by Ann Louise Gittleman, P.H.D

He he, colon clensing, detox and sulphur rich foods = stinky fluffs
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
