Postby Playboy_bunny » Tue Jun 19, 2007 6:29 pm

Hey ppl :)
Well Gp wanted me to do Optifast as u are all aware I found it really hard as no food at all! I saw a friend of mine who was doing TF and from what I can gather it is 2 shakes &1 protein meal, so at least I would get to eat reall food :) Im thinking I might give it a go 9or celeb slim cos I think its similar??) has anoyone tried it? have u had much luck with it? Just want to add that I have been trying just to eat healthy, and after a week of doing that I have put on 2lgs (although its also TTOM) so I must be doing it wrong.....I know I feel lighter and healthier doing low carb...

hey gracie

you need to find what works for you. nikki tried tf and it didnt agree with her but another member of the forum hayley has had much success with tf. there are a few threads in the weighloss talk section from awhile ago that you can look up about tf if you want a perspective on it. do your research cos remember these things cost money!!

:( Just went and did some investigation and called TF's 1300 number...it will all be too expensive for me :( I was complaining about this on the phone to mys sister, whos said she had some Weight watchers books and stuff I could try, so I might give that a go instead :) Far too much money to spend that amount on me when I still have bubs and bills to pay :)

i can understand that grace. thats why i couldnt do programes like that. i couldnt even do WW or anything like that cos even that cost money and with a baby you try to cut costs wherever you can.

let us know how the books go that your sister lends to you :)
