Well day 1 nearly over!
Has been pretty good! I like the taste of the shake,mmmm chocolate lol!
I havent felt too bad today, its kinda hard to judge as I have had the flu the past week and a half...and today was my 1st day back at workies!
Am excited though, and am happier...Im going to following it very strictly and I will get the results I want!
In the past I have done low carb etc, but have always cheated...I've stuck to what Im meant to eat 100%, but have over ate things like almonds/meal sizes etc...
So with this I am 100% focused, Im going to finish my weight loss mission off with a bang, as Im over it! My main focus is not to have another fat summer!!
My day's eating consisted of:
Morning tea: Strawberries with 3 tbsp yoghurt
Lunch:Red Curry chicken, omg was soooo yummm!
Snack: 30g Almonds other 1/2 of apple
I start work at 5.30am, so need food to keep me going, I havent really been too hungry today, will just increase the protein, eg have a slice of cheese earlier in the day!
So thats my story!
