One of my steps to achieving weight loss is to cut out all unneccesary sugar. (or as much as I can) Check the ingredients list of foods and you will be surprised what has sugar in it.
I used to eat weetbix cause I thought it was the healthiest breakfast option. The second ingredient - raw sugar. I switched to Vita Brits because it doesnt contain any sugar.
Muesli bars also have high amounts of sugar - sometimes its the first ingredient in the list!
so be careful when buying something that you think is healthy - check the labels first.
