i hadn't heard of it - so i just looked it up online. the thing that stands out to me is that you'd have to be very careful about getting enough calcium if you're cutting out dairy products. you can obviously get them through other foods, but dairy is easiest!

are you thinking about trying it?

Basically it's a diet consisting of mostly meat, fruits and vegetables, with little, if any, cereal food and no milk or milk products.

It sounds good, but I think it could get a little boring after a time...
